Mental Health Week

About This Project

Mental Health Europe (MHE) will host the 4th European Mental Health Week from May 22-28, 2023, continuing the global tradition of Mental Health Awareness Month. The event aims to enhance mental health understanding across communities, schools, workplaces, and homes. This year’s theme is “Mentally Healthy Communities.”

Learnings from 2022 highlight the need for strong, multilingual visuals and messaging. The 2023 narrative stresses mental well-being’s importance for thriving communities. Goals include policy recommendations, increased MHE engagement and donations, and influential partnerships, aiming for implementation in at least 10 European countries. The campaign seeks to make mental health resources accessible to all, fostering mentally healthy communities where everyone can thrive together.
